Free Shipping only for Nationawide, Malaysia. According to the delivery Country there may be local taxes and duties for your order. LOGO will not calculates these fees for you: the exact amount of local taxes and duties for your order will not be indicated in the Shopping Bag and throughout Checkout. You will need to pay any further fees when the package is delivered.
 

Insurance of the products/Goods are not added at checkout. You may have to choose to pay extra costs at delivery.
 

For overseas shipping, the delivery charges will vary according to your destination.

If LOGO is able to calculate import fees for you, it will be added to your order total before you check out. For the Countries where taxes and duties cannot be calculated beforehand, you will be asked to pay them during delivery to the courier.

You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Our office and warehouse will be closed according to Malaysia Holiday Calendar. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out during the holiday. All orders are process automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery and P.O. Boxes. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.

* All items will undergo our intensive Quality Check and photos of the items will be taken before sending the products to you. Courier packages selected is based on the product(s) size(s) and we ensure your items are well-protected.

 

Cancellation

We may cancel a Contract if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made free of interest.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.
 

Cancellation by Customer (Non-Faulty Product)

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team via email to customer@logo-my.com. No cancellation fees apply. Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled.
